Everything you need to know about the Hit45 daily challenge, activity tracking, subscriptions and rewards.
01What is Hit45?+
Hit45 is a fitness-accountability app built around 2 daily activity goals: 45 qualifying minutes of exercise or 10,000 steps. You can track progress for free. A $14 weekly subscription unlocks the complete 7-day experience, including live activity tracking, daily challenges, progress history and accountability tools. Eligible subscribers may also receive supplementary loyalty rewards for completing verified activity goals.
02Is Hit45 gambling?+
No. Hit45 is a non-game fitness and accountability app. The weekly subscription purchases full access to its digital fitness service, and Hit45 does not offer wagering, random outcomes, odds or additional paid entries. Reward eligibility is determined solely by completing either 45 verified minutes of exercise or 10,000 verified steps during the day.
03What currency does Hit45 use?+
All amounts shown with $ are in Australian dollars (AUD). Paid challenges are available only to eligible Australian residents with an Australian bank account.
04What does it cost?+
The complete Hit45 experience costs $14 per week and includes 7 consecutive daily challenges. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it. It is payment for app access and is separate from any supplementary rewards. You can view and manage it from the Account page or through the applicable payment platform.
05What happens if I miss a day?+
Each daily challenge is separate. If you complete neither 45 minutes of exercise or 10,000 steps that day is unsuccessful, but it doesn't affect the next day’s challenge. You start fresh the next day.
06Is Hit45 available on Android?+
Yes. Hit45 supports iPhone and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play using the links on the Hit45 website.
07How do I successfully complete today’s challenge?+
Complete either 1 of 2 goals during the Hit45 AEST day: 45 minutes of exercise or 10,000 steps. Eligible activity is supplied through Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. A compatible wearable can contribute exercise data, while your phone can track progress toward the 10,000-step goal without a wearable. Completing either goal is enough—you don't need to complete both.
08Can I use an Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, a Samsung wearable, or just my phone?+
You can use your phone by itself for the step goal. Compatible wearables can contribute exercise data when they write supported activity to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. Device compatibility and sync timing can vary, so confirm that recent activity appears in your phone's health platform and use Refresh Activity in Hit45 when needed.
09When does my Hit45 activity day start and end?+
Your Hit45 day runs from 00:00:01 and finishes at 24:00:00 AEST. This fixed AEST window applies to both exercise and steps, so the local start and finish times vary in other time zones. A short reconciliation period after the day closes (2 hours) allows eligible health and step data to finish syncing before the daily results are settled.
10Why has my activity progress not updated yet?+
Apple Health, Health Connect, wearable devices and phone step data can take a short time to sync. Check the relevant permissions, confirm your latest activity appears in your phone's health platform, then use Refresh Activity on the Home page. Allow 2 hours for activity to sync at the end of the day. Troubleshoot with the supplier of your wearable or phone; if the issue persists, contact support@hit-45.com.
11When are my daily results and weekly payout confirmed?+
Your daily result is reconciled after the AEST activity day closes and the permitted health-data sync period has passed. Your payout is scheduled for the day after your funded 7-day period ends and its final results settle. Allow 1–3 business days after the transfer is sent; weekends, public holidays, bank processing or payment checks may take longer. Renewing is not required to receive earned rewards. Hit45 does not deduct a scheduled payout fee.
12What happens if health-data permissions are disabled?+
Hit45 cannot verify minutes of exercise or read activity data needed for your daily challenge when the required permissions are disabled. Open Apple Health or Health Connect on your phone, allow Hit45 access to the requested activity data, then return to Hit45 and tap Refresh Activity. Activity that cannot be verified before settlement will not count.
13Which data source wins if my phone and wearable both record activity?+
Hit45 reconciles the available Apple Health or Health Connect evidence and applies its normal deduplication rules. The same underlying activity won't be counted twice just because both your phone and wearable recorded it. You don't need to choose a device; keep your devices synced and press Refresh Activity on the Home page if recent data is delayed.
14Can I create manual exercise or step entries and have them used in Hit45?+
No. Manually entered exercise, workout or step data in Apple Health or Health Connect is not eligible and will not count toward your Hit45 minutes of exercise or steps. This protects the fairness of paid daily challenges by preventing activity from being added after the fact. It is your responsibility to make sure Hit45 has the required permissions and that your phone or compatible wearable is sharing and syncing activity correctly.
15Do I need to carry my phone all day?+
Carry your phone when you want its pedometer to count steps. If a compatible wearable is recording and syncing supported activity to Apple Health or Health Connect, your phone does not need to be with you for that device's supported data. Check the Home page regularly to make sure your latest activity has been syncing.
16What is the difference between the 45-minute exercise goal and the 10,000-step goal? Do I need to complete both?+
They are 2 different ways to complete the same daily Hit45 challenge. Reach either 45 minutes of exercise or 10,000 steps during the Hit45 AEST day and you succeed. You do not need to complete both. The exercise goal supports activities that may not generate many steps, such as cycling, rowing or using an elliptical, while the step goal lets people participate in the daily challenges without needing to use a wearable device.
17How do I get paid?+
Choose Add Bank Details in Account and enter your Australian account name, BSB and account number. Your payout is scheduled for the day after your funded 7-day period ends and its final results settle. Allow 1–3 business days after sending, with possible delays for weekends, public holidays or payment checks. There is no minimum payout amount and no scheduled payout fee deducted by Hit45.
18What name will appear on my bank statement?+
Your reward transfer may show HIT45 or FORGED FITNESS STUDIO PTY LTD, the company that operates Hit45. The wording displayed can vary between banks.
19How do I set up or update my payout details?+
Open Account and select Add Bank Details or Update Bank Details. Enter your account name, BSB and account number, confirm the details and verify the code sent to your sign-in email. Bank details are encrypted and normal account views show only the final digits. Changes apply to future batches; a payment already prepared may use the previous details. Contact support urgently if those details are wrong. Saving details does not verify ownership of the bank account.
20How are subscriptions and payouts handled?+
Google Play processes Android subscriptions and Stripe processes iPhone subscriptions. Hit45 processes rewards separately by external transfer to your nominated Australian bank account through NAB Connect. You do not need a separate payout-provider account.
21Do I need to request a withdrawal?+
No. Your payout is scheduled for the day after your funded 7-day period ends and its final results settle. Balances below $5 are not held back solely because they are small. Keep your bank details current and allow 1–3 business days after sending, subject to bank processing and any required checks. Cancelling future renewals does not remove rewards you have already earned.
22How are rewards pool payouts calculated?+
Each subscribed day carries a $2 commitment. Participants who complete either 45 minutes of qualifying exercise or 10,000 steps receive that day’s $2 commitment back. A 40% platform fee is deducted from commitments forfeited by unsuccessful participants, and the remaining 60% is divided equally among that day’s successful participants. There is no random draw or element of chance. Rewards vary according to daily results. Full distribution terms are available on the Legal & Policies page.
23How do I manage my weekly subscription?+
From the home page, go to Account to see your weekly Hit45 subscription status and renewal or end date. Android subscriptions are managed securely through Google Play and iPhone subscriptions through Hit45’s Stripe flow. Managing an upcoming renewal does not affect an already-paid current week.
24How do I cancel?+
From the Home page, go to Account and choose the cancellation or subscription-management option. On Android, Google Play opens so you can cancel the renewal; on iPhone, follow the in-app cancellation flow. Your automatic $14 weekly renewal will stop, while your already-paid current week remains active until its stated end.
25Who can use Hit45?+
Paid daily challenges and rewards are currently available only to Australian residents aged 18 or older with an Australian bank account. Users outside Australia can still use available free activity features.
26What if I get injured or have an emergency during a paid week?+
Life happens. Cancel future renewal from Account and email support@hit-45.com as soon as you can if you need help with an exceptional situation.
